Bilbo and the Dwarves

Hey everyone,

Thanks for a job well done on Thursday, hope you are enjoying your long weekend.

Here is a copy of the assignment sheet that I handed out on Thursday. I'm sure with the long weekend you will have plenty of time to finish it up.

There are a few of you who have not handed in all your assignments. I know that some of you have been sick or away at UBC for school related stuff. That's fine but I will still need the assignments. I will let everyone who has missing assignments know next class so that you can get caught up. Those who missed class won't be responsible for handing in notes that were taken in class but any short writing assignments should be turned in. You are also responsible for getting the vocab assignments finished for a completion mark. I will get everyone the missing assignment sheets they need on Tuesday.

Please come with your short answer question finished for the beginning of next class. We will be discussing your answers so make sure it's done :)

You all did a great job on Thursday and now that you have a good idea of the basic differences between the Bilbo and the Dwarves, we can start to look deeper into their relationship and why these two very different groups have been chosen to go on the quest together.

Don't forget to read up until the end of chapter 3 by Tuesday.
